The 60% Black Knight did not already hold, taking it to 100%; the club says the deal was put to the DNCG and formalised in January 2026. Loïc Féry, owner and president since 2009, stays president and became a shareholder of Black Knight; the statements do not name the sellers of the 60%. No price was disclosed.

Announced by the club in January 2023 without figures; Loïc Féry told Ouest-France of a €10m capital increase, the new shareholder to hold 40% by the summer at the latest (AFP). Black Knight still held 40% when it became sole shareholder in January 2026 (franceinfo).
