    Price disclosed as €8.4m (Contractual consideration for 52%, paid over four closings (December 2024 to June 2025): €3.75m in cash and €4.625m in the buyer's Class B shares at contract value. Part was paid into the club as capital and reserve increases and part to the seller, XX Settembre Holding; the final closing paid the seller €1.25m in cash and €1.0m in shares and the club a €251,778 capital increase. Measured at fair value under IFRS 3, the consideration was about €11.5m.).
