  • Who the shareholders areThe municipality of Lucca chose Make Holding S.r.l. (a construction company based in Monterotondo) to form the new club in July 2025, and SerieD24 (December 2025) calls it Matteo Brunori's company; a municipal call names the bidder, not the new company's shareholders, and no source read gives the holders of Lucchese Calcio S.S.D. a r.l.
  • The terms of a dealIn February 2025 the holding company of the previous Lucchese club (Sanbabila S.r.l.) was resold for €1,640 (€320, €320 and €1,000 for 24.5%, 24.5% and 51%) plus all its obligations, after €450,000 had been paid to the earlier owner, as read from the deed by a local site (TuttoC, 'Il fatto della settimana'). That company failed in 2025 and is not an Atlas party; no transaction is recorded.
