A multi-club group that lists Grasshopper Club Zürich, FC Den Bosch, FC Pro Vercelli and China's Shaanxi Union as its clubs. It took all of Pro Vercelli in May 2025 and Grasshopper in July 2026 through a Swiss company, and four Asian investors linked to it hold about 53% of Den Bosch. Its backers are not published.
